At SHEMILO, we provide original, custom minimalist logo design services tailored to each client’s requirements. We aim to communicate clearly about project scope, payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Please review this policy before confirming a paid logo design project.
1. Custom Logo Design Services
All logo design projects are created according to individually agreed requirements.
Project pricing, the number of logo concepts, revisions, delivery timelines, and final file formats will be confirmed before the project begins.
Submitting a logo design request through our website does not require payment or automatically establish a confirmed order.
2. Cancellation Before Design Work Begins
Clients may request to cancel a confirmed project before design work begins.
If payment has already been received but no design work has started, SHEMILO will provide a full refund.
3. Cancellation After Design Work Begins
If a client requests cancellation after design work has started, refund eligibility will depend on the work already completed, the agreed project terms, and applicable law.
SHEMILO will review the request and explain the outcome to the client.
4. Refunds After Final Delivery
Because each logo is custom-created, a change of mind after final delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund.
However, clients may contact us if the delivered work does not match the agreed project requirements or if another issue arises.
We will review such concerns in accordance with the project agreement and applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Revisions and Changes
The number of included revisions will be communicated before the project begins.
Additional revisions, new concepts, or changes outside the agreed project scope may require a separate quotation.
6. Digital Delivery and Returns
SHEMILO provides digital design services. No physical products are shipped.
Final approved logo files are delivered digitally using the delivery method agreed upon with the client.
Physical product returns are therefore not applicable.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be arranged through the original payment method where supported.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, and payment method.
Where a refund cannot be processed through the original payment channel, SHEMILO will discuss an appropriate alternative with the client.
8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact SHEMILO and include:
- Your name and email address.
- Your order or project reference number, if available.
- The reason for the cancellation or refund request.
- Any relevant project details.
